Intentions
There is power in an intention. A promise to the Self. Our thoughts become our actions. It is a call to awakening on the yoga mat, infusing our practice with meaning.
My intention for this project, as a yoga teacher and an artist, is to capture the human spirit, the movements of the body, and our connection to nature. By using Yoga as my muse, the Intentions Project will explore these elements, capturing yogis communing with water, earth, rock, sand, wind, air and light.
How do these elements inform your practice? What is your intention? Your Sankalpa? Your Promise to the Self?
When you say something with your whole being...it can transform the world.
